I led my team through a rapid AI tool fluency sprint, with baseline productivity tracking across core tasks like prototyping, mock generation, string generation, diff review, audits, and XFN review.

AI is fundamentally changing how we work. The company was charged to 10x productivity. ​​

What is our baseline productivity? 

Process

Derive baseline productivity for core tasks at the start and stop of monthlong sprint. 

 

Design operations:

  • Design XFN upskilling sessions

  • Constrain tools

  • Develop curriculum

  • Define outcomes

Insights

What worked:

  • Programmatic content variant and mock generation at scale 

  • Multi-agent orchestration (one agent auditing code base while another ships diffs)

What didn't work: 

  • High-fidelity design polish (needs human eyes)

  • Convincing-but-dead-end content 

  • Cross-functional alignment 

Outcomes

1) Search, audit, and batch tasks ~20x ​
